DESCRIPTION:The Committee of the Whole would like to hold a Public Hearing on the following Legislation: \n\nPR 22-814\, District of Columbia Sentencing Commission Molly M. Witnesses should limit their testimony to four minutes; less time will be allowed if there are a large number of witnesses.
