DESCRIPTION:The Committee on Facilities & Family Services will hold a Public Hearing on the following: \n\nBill 25-170\, the “School Security and Transparency Amendment Act of 2023”\n\nThose who wish to testify must register at janeeseward4.com/testify. by 5:00 p.m. on Monday\, April 11th\, 2023. Testimony is limited to 3 minutes for individuals and 5 minutes for one representative of a bone fide organization. Witnesses who anticipate needing spoken language interpretation or require sign language interpretation are requested to inform the Committee office of the need as soon as possible but no later than five (5) business days before the proceeding. We will make every effort to fulfill timely requests\, although alternatives may be offered. Requests received in less than five business days may not be fulfilled.
