DESCRIPTION:The Committee of the Whole will hold a Public Roundtable on the following Legislation: \n\nPR22-687\, Commission on Health Equity Maranda C. Ward Appointment Resolution of 2017\nPR22-736\, Other Post-Employment Benefits Fund Advisory Committee Barbara Davis Blum Appointment Resolution of 2018\n\nThe purpose of this roundtable to receive testimony from public witnesses as to the fitness of these nominees. Those who wish to testify are asked to email the Committee of the Whole at cow@dccouncil.us. or call Peter Johnson\, Special Counsel at (202) 724-8083\, and to provide your name\, address\,  telephone number\, organizational affiliation and title (if any) by close of business Tuesday\, February 27\,2018. Persons wishing to testify are encouraged\, but not required\, to submit 15 copies of written testimony. If submitted by the close of business on February 27\, 2018 the testimony will be distributed to  Councilmembers before the hearing. Witnesses should limit their testimony to four minutes; less time will be allowed if there are a large number of witnesses. Copies of the legislation can be obtained through the Legislative Services Division of the Secretary of the Council’s office or on http://lims.dccouncil.us.
