DESCRIPTION:The Committee on Labor & Workforce Development will hold a Public Oversight Roundtable on the following Matter & Legislation: \n\nThe District’s Unemployment Compensation Program During the COVID-19 Pandemic\nB23-500\, The Unemployment Compensation Employer Classification Amendment Act of 2019\n\nPublic witnesses may use their phone or computer to participate in this virtual hearing. Those who wish to testify must email the Committee at labor@dccouncil.us by 5:00 p.m. on Monday\, September 14\, 2020 to provide their name\, email address\, telephone number\, organizational affiliation and job title (if any)\, as well as the language of oral interpretation they require (if any).
