DESCRIPTION:The Committee of the Whole will hold a Public Roundtable on the following Legislation: \n\nPR25-618\, the “University of the District of Columbia Modifications 1-4 to Contract No. GF 2021-C-0009 with Bailey’s Real Estate Holdings\, LLC Approval and Payment Authorization Emergency Act of 2024”\nPR25-534\, the “University of The District of Columbia Revised Compensation Scale For UDC Undergraduate And Graduate Students Approval Resolution of 2023”\n\nThose who wish to testify must register using the Council’s Hearing Management System at https://lims.dccouncil.gov/hearings by 5:00 p.m. on Friday\, February 9\, 2024. Testimony is limited to 4 minutes. Witnesses who anticipate needing spoken language interpretation\, or require\nsign language interpretation\, are requested to inform the Committee office of the need as soon as possible but no later than five business days before the proceeding by emailing cow@dccouncil.gov. We will make every effort to fulfill timely requests\, although alternatives may be offered. Requests received in less than five business days may not be fulfilled.
