DESCRIPTION:The Committee of the Whole & the Committee on Business & Economic Development will hold a Joint Public Hearing on the following Legislation: \n\nB25-0581\, the “Medical Cannabis Clarification Amendment Act of 2023”\nB25-0691\, the “Medical Cannabis Program Enforcement Amendment Act of 2024”\n\nThe Committees invite the public to testify\, in-person or virtually\, and to submit written testimony. Those who wish to testify must register using the Council’s Hearing Management System (HMS) at https://lims.dccouncil.gov/hearings by 5:00 p.m. on Monday\, March 4\, 2024. All public witnesses will be allowed a maximum of three minutes to testify.
