Ellis Appointment Resolution of 2025”\nPR26-57\, the “Executive Director of the Criminal Code Reform Commission Jinwoo Park Appointment Resolution of 2025”\nPR 26-65\, the “District of Columbia Retirement Board Lyle M. Blanchard Reappointment Resolution of 2025”\nPR 26-66\, the “District of Columbia Housing Authority Board of Commissioners Raymond A. Skinner Reappointment Resolution of 2025”\n\nThose who wish to testify about this legislation must register using the Council’s Hearing Management System at https://lims.dccouncil.gov/hearings by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday\, March 4\, 2025. Testimony is limited to four minutes. Witnesses who anticipate needing spoken language interpretation\, or require sign language interpretation\, are requested to inform the Committee office of the need as soon as possible but no later than five business days before the proceeding by emailing cow@dccouncil.gov.
