RFP for soccer stadium analysis

The Council of the District of Columbia is seeking the services of a Contractor to provide a detailed cost benefit analysis of the real estate transactions proposed in the District of Columbia Soccer Stadium Development Act of 2014, and provide expert advice on the terms of the proposed transactions.
