Subject:          Notice of Councilmember Budget Discussion on FY 2017 Budget

This memorandum serves as notice of a meeting of the members of the Council to discuss provisions of the Fiscal Year 2017 budget.

The discussion is scheduled for Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 502.

The meeting is open to the public, as required by the Open Meeting Act, but space is extremely limited.  The session will be broadcast live on Channel 13 and on the Council’s website.  Hearing Rooms 412 and 120/123 (if necessary) will be open with a live broadcast for public viewing.
