At the regularly scheduled Administrative Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 11, 2019, Chairman Mendelson intends to make a motion pursuant to Council Rule 375(4)(A) to close a portion of the meeting to obtain legal advice regarding remedies available to the Council in response to CFO DeWitt’s letter dated June 10, 2019.
