Committee of the Whole Public Oversight Hearing

The Committee of the Whole will hold a Public Oversight Hearing on the following Matter:

• Implementation of Law 22-307, the Short-Term Rental Regulation Act of 2018

Those who wish to testify are asked to email the Committee of the Whole at cow@dccouncil.us. or to call Blaine Stum, Legislative Policy Advisor, at (202) 724-8092. Provide your name, address,  telephone number, organizational affiliation, and title (if any) by the close of business Tuesday, November 19,2019. Persons wishing to testify are encouraged, but not required, to submit 15 copies  of written testimony. If submitted by the close of business on November 19* the testimony will be distributed to Councilmembers before the hearing. Witnesses should limit their testimony to four  minutes; less time will be allowed if there are a larger number of witnesses.
