Business & Economic Development Public Hearing

The Committee on Business & Economic Development will hold a Public Hearing on the following Legislation:

• Bill 24-0370, the “Electrical Utility Underground Work Wage Act of 2021” 
• Bill 24-0823, the “206 Elm Street, N.W. Real Property Tax Abatement Amendment Act of 2022”

The Committee invites the public to testify remotely or to submit written testimony.
