6/13/2024 Chairman Mendelson at the request of the Mayor Proposed Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Annual Capital Transportation Plan (Plan) between the Federal Highway Administration, the Government of the District of Columbia (District) and the now defunct District of Columbia Financial Responsibility and Management Assistance Authority.
