Housing Public Roundtable

The Committee on Housing will hold a Public Roundtable on the following Legislation:

• PR25-0822, the “Rental Housing Commission Toya Carmichael Confirmation Resolution of 2024”
• PR25-0833, the Board of Real Estate Appraisers Anthony Bolling Confirmation Resolution of 2024”
• PR25-0914, the “Real Estate Commission Ericka Black Confirmation Resolution of 2024”
• PR25-0915, the “Real Estate Commission Edward Downs Confirmation Resolution of 2024”
• PR25-0916, the “Real Estate Commission Ramona Barber Confirmation Resolution of 2024”
• PR25-0917, the “Real Estate Commission Monique Owens Confirmation Resolution of 2024”
• PR25-0918, the “Real Estate Commission Frank Pietranton Confirmation Resolution of 2024”
• PR25-0919, the “Real Estate Commission Joseph Borger Confirmation Resolution of 2024”

The Committee invites the public to testify in person or remotely or to submit written testimony. Anyone wishing to testify must sign up at must sign up at https://lims.dccouncil.gov/hearings/ or by phone at (202) 727-8270, by the close of business on Tuesday, September 17th, 2024. Witnesses who will testify live are encouraged, but not required, to submit their testimony in writing electronically in advance at https://lims.dccouncil.gov/hearings/. Witnesses may choose to participate in person or remotely via zoom. The Committee will follow-up with witnesses with additional instructions on how to provide testimony in advance of the proceeding.
