NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

Request for Proposal: Solicitation: DCAB-2027-Q1-26FP – Council of the District of Columbia DCPS Educator Evaluation & Performance Working Grp
 
The Council of the District of Columbia is seeking the services of a Contractor who has experience conducting mixed methods analyses of educator accountability and compensation incentive frameworks, to provide technical assistance to, facilitate working group meetings of, engage with community members and policy stakeholders on behalf of, design and execute a mixed methods analysis in support of , draft and submit a formal report, and provide expert advice to the DCPS Educator Evaluation and Performance Working Group established pursuant to D.C. Act 26-418, Fiscal Year 2027 Budget Support Act of 2026.
