At-Large Councilmember Robert White Resigns His Seat to Facilitate Maintaining Potential Delegate Eligibility

Effective tonight at 11PM, At-Large Councilmember Robert White resigned his At-Large Council seat in order to facilitate maintaining his potential eligibility for the role of Delegate to the House of Representatives from the District of Columbia.
