Business & Economic Development Public Hearing (RECONVENED)

The Committee on Business & Economic Development will reconvene a Public Hearing on the following Legislation:

• Bill 25-0280, the “Workers and Restaurants are Priorities Act of 2023”

The Committee invites the public to submit written testimony. Public witnesses who previously registered before the originally convened hearing on June 8, 2023, but have not been yet called to testify will have an opportunity to provide testimony via Zoom. All public witnesses will be allowed a maximum of three minutes to testify. At the discretion of the Chair, the length of time provided for oral testimony may be reduced or extended.
