Business & Economic Development & Transportation & the Enviroment Joint Public Hearing

The Committee on Business & Economic & the Committee on Transportation & the Environment Development will hold a Public Hearing on the following Legislation:

• B22-561, – the ” Crummell School Site Surplus and Disposition Approval Act of 2017″
• B22-598, – the “Parcel 42 Declaration and Disposition Approval Act of 2017”
• B22-653, – the “Extension of Time to Dispose of 8th & O Streets, N.W., Act of 2018”
• B22-821, – the “Square 2892, Lot 0105 Disposition Act of 2018”

The Committee invites the public to testify or to submit written testimony. Anyone wishing to testify at the hearing should contact the Committee on Business and Economic Development via email at cautrey@dccouncil.us or at (202) 724-8053, and provide their name, telephone number, organizational affiliation,  and title (if any), by close of business Monday, June 25th. Representatives of organizations will be allowed a maximum of five minutes for oral testimony, and individuals will be allowed a maximum of three minutes. Witnesses are encouraged to bring ten single-sided copies of their written testimony and, if  possible, also submit a copy of their testimony electronically in advance to cautrey@dccouncil.us.
