Committee of the Whole & Business & Economic Development Joint Public Hearing

The Committee of the Whole & the Committee on Business & Economic Development will hold a Joint Public Hearing on the following Legislation:

• B25-0581, the “Medical Cannabis Clarification Amendment Act of 2023”
• B25-0691, the “Medical Cannabis Program Enforcement Amendment Act of 2024”

The Committees invite the public to testify, in-person or virtually, and to submit written testimony. Those who wish to testify must register using the Council’s Hearing Management System (HMS) at https://lims.dccouncil.gov/hearings by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 4, 2024. All public witnesses will be allowed a maximum of three minutes to testify. At the discretion of the Chair, the length of time provided for oral testimony may be reduced or extended.
