Committee of the Whole Roundtable

The Committee of the Whole will hold a Public Roundtable on the following Legislation:

• PR 26-20, the “Commission on Health Equity Dr. Simone C. Ellis Appointment Resolution of 2025”
• PR26-57, the “Executive Director of the Criminal Code Reform Commission Jinwoo Park Appointment Resolution of 2025”
• PR 26-65, the “District of Columbia Retirement Board Lyle M. Blanchard Reappointment Resolution of 2025”
• PR 26-66, the “District of Columbia Housing Authority Board of Commissioners Raymond A. Skinner Reappointment Resolution of 2025”

Those who wish to testify about this legislation must register using the Council’s Hearing Management System at https://lims.dccouncil.gov/hearings by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. Testimony is limited to four minutes. Witnesses who anticipate needing spoken language interpretation, or require sign language interpretation, are requested to inform the Committee office of the need as soon as possible but no later than five business days before the proceeding by emailing cow@dccouncil.gov. We will make every effort to fulfill timely requests, although alternatives may be offered. Requests received in less than five business days may not be fulfilled.
