Facilities & Family Services Public Hearing

The Committee on Facilities & Family Services will hold a Public Hearing on the following Legislation:

• B25-0952 – “Luggage for All Youth in Foster Care Amendment Act of 2024 (Lisa’s Law)”

Those who wish to testify must register using the Council’s Hearing Management System at https://lims.dccouncil.gov/hearings by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Testimony is limited to 3 minutes for individuals and 5 minutes for one representative of a bone fide organization.
