Government Operations & Facilities and Judiciary & Public Safety Public Hearing

The Committee on Government Operations & Facilities and the Committee on the Judiciary & Public Safety will hold a Public Hearing on the following Legislation:

• B24-446, the “Attorney General Civil Rights Enforcement Clarification Amendment Act of 2021”

The Committees invite the public to testify remotely or to submit written testimony. Anyone wishing to testify must sign up at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeA5DFJ5bYlIKU-fMe_70uVdtXBys7KrO1r5KKXInKO2SuppQ/viewform or by phone at (202) 741-8593, and provide their name, phone number or e-mail, organizational affiliation, title (if any), and personal pronouns by the close of business on Tuesday, September 20th, 2022. Witnesses are encouraged, but not required, to submit their testimony in writing electronically in advance to facilities@dccouncil.us. Witnesses will participate remotely via Zoom. The Committees will follow up with witnesses in advance of the hearing with additional instructions on how to provide testimony.
