Government Operations & Facilities Public Hearing

The Committee on Government Operations & Facilities will hold a Public Hearing on the following Legislation:

• B24-726, the “Enhancing Reproductive Health Protections Amendment Act of 2022”
• B24-808, the “Human Rights Sanctuary Amendment Act of 2022”

 The Committee invites the public to testify remotely or to submit written testimony. Anyone wishing to testify must sign up at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeA5DFJ5bYlIKU-fMe_70uVdtXBys7KrO1r5KKXInKO2SuppQ/viewform. or by phone at (202) 741-8593, and provide their name, phone number or e-mail, organizational affiliation, and title (if any) by the close of business on Tuesday, July 12, 2022. Witnesses are encouraged, but not required, to submit their testimony in writing electronically in advance to facilities@dccouncil.us. Witnesses will participate remotely via Zoom. The Committee will follow-up with witnesses with additional instructions on how to provide testimony in advance of the proceeding.
