Government Operations & Facilities Public Hearing

The Committee on Government Operations and Facilities will hold a Public Hearing on the following Legislation:

• B24-0953, the “Malcolm X Surplus Declaration and Disposition Approval Act of 2022” 
• B24-0997, the “Hill East Phase II Bundle 1 Surplus Declaration and Disposition Approval Act of 2022”

The Committees invite the public to testify remotely or to submit written testimony. Anyone wishing to testify must sign up at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeA5DFJ5bYlIKUfMe_70uVdtXBys7KrO1r5KKXInKO2SuppQ/viewform or by phone at (202) 741-8593, and provide their name, phone number or e-mail, organizational affiliation, title (if any), and personal pronouns by the close of business on Tuesday, October 18th, 2022. Witnesses are encouraged, but not required, to submit their testimony in writing electronically in advance to facilities@dccouncil.us. Witnesses will participate remotely via Zoom. The Committees will follow-up with witnesses with additional instructions on how to provide testimony in advance of the proceeding.
