Government Operations & Facilities Public Hearing

The Committee on Government Operations & Facilities will hold a Public Hearing on the following Legislation:

• B24-200, the “Internet Equity Amendment Act of 2021” and the Path to Universal High-Speed Internet Service

 The Committee invites the public to testify remotely or to submit written testimony. Anyone wishing to testify must sign up at https://forms.gle/UrkjAKXjGWaPaQuD8 or by phone at (202) 741-8593, and provide their name, phone numberor e-mail, organizational affiliation, and title(if any) by the close of business onMonday, October 18^th, 2021. Witnesses are encouraged, but not required, to submit their testimony in writing electronically in advance to facilities@dccouncil.us. Witnesses will participate remotely via Zoom.The Committee will follow-up with witnesses with additional instructions on how to provide testimony in advance of the proceeding.
