Health Public Hearing

The Committee on Health will hold a Public Hearing on the following Legislation:

• B25-0124, the “Prior Authorization Reform Amendment Act of 2023”

Those who wish to testify must register at https://bit.ly/HealthHearings by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 22. Those speaking on behalf of an organization will receive 5 minutes and those speaking for themselves will receive 3 minutes. Witnesses who anticipate needing spoken language interpretation, or require sign language interpretation, must inform the Committee office as soon as possible but no later than five business days before the hearing. We will make every effort to fulfill timely requests, although alternatives may be offered. Requests received in less than five business days may not be fulfilled.
