Judiciary & Public Safety Public Oversight Roundtable

The Committee on the Judiciary & Public Safety will hold a Public Oversight Roundtable on the following Matter:

• The District’s Cybersecurity Preparedness and the Homeland Security Commission’s Annual Report.

The roundtable will be closed to the public pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 2-575(b)(8) and Council Rule 375(8), which allow the Council to close a meeting “[t]o discuss and take action regarding  specific methods and procedures to protect the public from existing or potential terrorist activity or substantial dangers to public health and safety, and to receive briefings by staff members, legal  counsel, law-enforcement officials, or emergency-service officials concerning these methods and procedures[.]”
