The Committee on Recreation Libraries & Youth Affairs Public Roundtable on the following Legislation:

• PR 24-397 “DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF YOUTH REHABILITATION SERVICES HILARY CAIRNS RESOLUTION OF 2021”

The Committee invites the public to testify remotely or to submit written testimony. Witnesses are encouraged, but not required, to submit their testimony in writing electronically in advance to rya@dccouncil.us. Witnesses will participate remotely via Zoom. The Committee will follow-up with witnesses with additional instructions on how to provide testimony in advance of the proceeding.
