The Committee on Transportation & the Environment will convene a Public Hearing on the following Legislation:

  • B25-0258, the “Access to Home Amendment Act of 2023”
  • B25-0283, the “Trick-or-Streets Amendment Act of 2023”
  • B25-0296, the “Prioritizing People in Planning Amendment Act of 2023”

Anyone wishing to provide oral testimony must register using the Council’s Hearing Management System at https://lims.dccouncil.gov/hearings by the close of business on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.
