The Committee on Business & Economic Development & the Committee on Transportation & the Environment will hold a Public Roundtable on the following Legislation:

• PR24-0552,  THE  “PLENARY INFRASTRUCTURE DC, LLC BONDS PROJECT (DC SMART LIGHTING) APPROVAL RESOLUTION OF 2022”
• CA 24-368, a Proposed Multiyear Contract with Plenary Infrastructure DC to Design, Finance, Construct, Install, and Maintain Upgrades to the District’s Streetlight Network

The Committees invite the public to testify remotely or submit written testimony. Anyone wishing to testify should contact Ms. Aukima Benjamin at (202) 724-8062 or via email at abenjamin@dccouncil.us. For accommodation requests, including spoken language or sign language interpretation, please contact Ms. Benjamin of the need as soon as possible, but no later than five (5) business days before the proceeding. The Council will make every effort to fulfill timely requests. However, requests received less than five (5) business days prior to the hearing may not be fulfilled and alternatives may be offered.
