Jamal Holtz to be Sworn in as At-Large Councilmember

On Monday, November 9 at 1PM in the Council Chamber of the John A. Wilson Building, Jamal Holtz will be sworn in as an At-Large Member of the DC Council.

This follows the resignation of Councilmember Robert White, who resigned his At-Large Council seat in order to maintain his eligibility for election to the role of Delegate to the House of Representatives from the District of Columbia.
