Notice of Administrative Meeting

The Council will convene an Administrative Meeting on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, from 9AM to 1PM in the Chairman’s Conference Room, 1350 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, D.C. 20004.

The session will consist of the following items:
• Wilson Building Security
• OAG Office of Solicitor Briefing/Training
• EEO Training
• Ethics Training
• Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

To facilitate the training portion of the session, there will be a motion to close the session pursuant to section 405(b)(12) of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act (D.C. Code § 2-575(b)(12)) and Council Rule 375(12).

To facilitate the security discussion, there will be a motion to close the session pursuant to section 405(b)(8) of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act (D.C. Code § 2-575(b)(8)) and Council Rule 375(8).

Councilmembers have been sent Zoom panelist invitations. Registration for the public is via this link. If the meeting is closed, attendees will be asked to leave the Zoom meeting, and the broadcast will end.
