Solicitation #DCAB-2021-Q4-21FP: Council of the District of Columbia Lead Plan Assessment

The Council of the District of Columbia is seeking the services of a Contractor to provide an independent verification and validation assessment of the District of Columbia Water and Sewer authority’s (“DC Water”) Lead Service Line Replacement Plan (“Plan”).

All bids not addressing all areas as outlined in the RFP will not be considered.
