Housing Public Hearing

The Committee on Housing will hold a Public Hearing on the following Legislation:

• B25-0242, the “Reverse Mortgage Foreclosure Prevention Program Amendment Act of 2023”

The Committee invites the public to testify remotely or to submit written testimony. Anyone wishing to testify must sign up at bit.ly/coh_signup or by phone at (202) 727-8270, and provide their name, phone number or e-mail, organizational affiliation, title (if any), and personal pronouns by the close of business on Tuesday, October 10th, 2023. Witnesses are encouraged, but not required, to submit their testimony in writing electronically in advance to Housing@dccouncil.gov.Witnesses will participate remotely via Zoom. The Committee will follow-up with witnesses with additional instructions on how to provide testimony in advance of the proceeding.
