Committee of the Whole Public Hearing

The Committee of the Whole will hold a Public Hearing on the following Legislation:

• B22-328, Closing of a Public Alley in Square 748, S.O. 16-21105, Act of 2017
• B22-412, Closing of a Public Alley in Square 5196, S.O. 17-26544, Act of 2017
• B22-555, Closing of a Public Alley in Square 211, S.O. 17-26363, Act of 2017

Those who wish to testify are asked to email the Committee of the Whole at cow@dccouncil.us, or call Randi Powell, Legislative Policy Advisor at (202) 724-8092, and to provide your name, address, telephone number, organizational affiliation and title (if any) by close of  business Tuesday, January 30, 2018. Persons wishing to testify are encouraged, but not required, to submit 15 copies of written testimony. If submitted by the close of business on Wednesday January 31, 2018 the testimony will be distributed to Councilmembers before  the hearing. Witnesses should limit their testimony to four minutes; less time will be allowed ifthere are a large number of witnesses. Copies of the legislation can be obtained through the Legislative Services Division of the Secretary of the Council’s office or on http://lims.dccouncil.us.
