Executive Administration & Labor Public Roundtable

The Committee on Executive Administration & Labor will hold a Public Roundtable on the following Matter:

• District’s First Source Program and Alternative Workforce Plans

Persons who wish to testify are requested must register using the Council’s Hearing Management System at https://lims.dccouncil.gov/hearings at least two days before the hearing, by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, and provide their name, telephone number, email address, organizational affiliation, and title. Each witness will receive an individual Zoom invitation for the hearing in a separate e-mail. Witnesses are encouraged to submit an electronic version of their testimony to ceal@dccouncil.gov. Testimony will be limited to 5 minutes for witnesses testifying on behalf of an organization, and 3 minutes for witnesses testifying as members of the public.
